On to Memorial Cup In The Stands
Yesterday was a great day for sports fans. Early in the Day in Guelph, Ontario I had the pleasure of making a return performance to the game and did some Busking for The Drop In Center. It’s always great to play in front of an enthusiastic group of sports fans that also like music and have empathy for a wonderful local organization – The Drop In Center. We have not tallied up all the donations but we already have just shy of $400 from our last appearance, here’s hoping for reaching our goal. We plan on making a check presentation to the Drop In Center shortly. After performing I finally got the chance to sit in the stands towards the end of the game and wouldn’t you know it, the team came from behind winning the game with an 8 to 3 comeback proving that the once thought “Underdogs” are definitely Top Dogs in OHL Hockey. Wouldn’t you know it I had tickets for the Ottawa game tonight, but that’s a game I am happy to miss!
Let’s hear it for the team … now all I need is to figure out how I can I get to Halifax … Go Team Go!!!!
